Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience for a 13-week day shift contract at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA.
Details
- Respiratory Care and Diagnostic Services unit at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Schedule runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- No on-call requirement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience within the specialty
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Georgia RRT license required (if applicable)
- RRT certification through NBRC required
- Driver's License required for consideration
- AHA certifications must be current and unexpired at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- Any RTO requests must be submitted upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
- Candidates will likely be contacted for a pre-screen interview as part of the selection process
