Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring RRT licensure, BLS, ACLS, and NRP or STABLE certification.
Details
- Level II Trauma Center with 383-bed capacity
- Respiratory Therapy department
- Uses Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm equipment
- Meditech EMR
- 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required in accordance with facility policy
Requirements
- Active RRT license required if applicable
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- NRP or STABLE certification required
- Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the specialty
- ICU experience preferred
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- Florida requires two professional references

- Grey scrub color designated for Respiratory Therapy staff
- 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be considered
- First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
