Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring a CT license, BLS, ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Inpatient hospital setting on a Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Requires 3 weekend shifts per schedule period
• Floating to other medical/surgical units may be required
• Timekeeping system: Kronos

Requirements

• Active CT RN license (or compact license) required; a screenshot or photo of a completed application may be accepted if the license is pending
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; only AHA-issued certifications are accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the past year in the same specialty are required for consideration

• Candidates who have previously worked at any facility within this health system may be subject to a review process to determine eligibility to return
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a reduced rate
• Travelers will be required to complete onboarding modules prior to the start of their assignment
• If any licenses or certifications are expiring during the assignment period, a renewal receipt or scheduled course dates must be provided
