Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a CT Imaging department, requiring ARRT registration, CT certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
Details
- Hospital-based CT Imaging department
- Operates all CT scanners in the main Imaging Department to perform diagnostic exams per physician orders
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- ARRT registration required
- CT certification required
- Current BLS/CPR required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
- High school diploma, GED, or college-level education required
- Must be able to start IVs, administer medication, and contrast media
- Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) preferred
- Toshiba CT scanner experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic CT exams according to physician orders using all CT scanners in the main Imaging Department
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
