Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift role requiring 2+ years of experience, Siemens CT equipment proficiency, and Level II trauma experience.

Details

• Acute care Level II teaching hospital with 370 staffed beds
• CT Tech role within the Radiology/Cardiology department
• Night shift, 5x8 hours, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Utilizes Siemens CT equipment and PACS system
• Epic EMR experience required
• Performs studies including abdomen/pelvis, IVP, colorectal, enterography, brain perfusion, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest/vascular imaging
• Works within Emergency Department and Level II Trauma Center settings

Requirements

• ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), and BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required, 5+ years preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Level II trauma experience required; Level I and teaching hospital experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Siemens CT equipment experience required
• Proficiency in contrast media preparation/administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Skilled in multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region of interest (ROI) measurement

Additional Information

• Perform a wide range of CT imaging studies including trauma, vascular, and contrast-enhanced exams
• Caribbean blue scrubs required
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Main Line location must disclose prior location and dates worked
• RTO requests subject to manager discretion
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at a lower differential rate
• Pre-start training modules required, approximately 4 hours, completed prior to assignment start
