Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of cath lab experience, MIRT license, and RT or RCIS certification for a 13-week contract in Exeter, NH.

Details

• Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• 10 to 11 on-call shifts per month required, including rotating weekends, providing shared coverage for a 24/7 cath lab
• Float not required
• Epic EMR used; experience required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required
• MIRT license required, and either RT or RCIS certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
• MA license required if applicable
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during procedures
• Functions as scrub tech to assist cardiologists and vascular surgeons
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring and documents procedures during cases
• COVID vaccine and booster required; flu vaccine required during flu season (medical exemptions accepted)
• Previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before being considered for this position
