Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of experience and MIRT license with RT or RCIS certification for a hospital-based cath lab role.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab unit
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 10-11 call shifts per month required including rotating weekends
- Shared on-call coverage for 24/7 cath lab
- Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during procedures
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
- MIRT license required, RT or RCIS certification required
- ACLS and CPR-AHA certification required
- NH license required (please apply promptly if not already held)
- MA license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Prior specific cath lab experience required
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
Additional Information
- Performs scrub tech duties assisting cardiologists and vascular surgeons
- Performs hemodynamic monitoring and documents procedures during cases
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
