Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment requiring a Mississippi or compact RN license and PALS certification within 3 weeks of start.

Details

• Work on a Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor 5) in a hospital setting
• 13-week travel assignment
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Royal blue scrubs required for dress code

Requirements

• Active RN license (MS or compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• PALS certification required within 3 weeks of start
• Minimum 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients on the night shift
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel position
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position
