Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Scan Technologist for a night shift travel assignment requiring ARRT (CT) certification and an Ohio license.

Details

• 13-week travel assignment in the CT Tech unit
• Weekend night shift schedule (Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Coordinates and performs CT procedures under physician direction
• Administers contrast material per established protocols
• Sets exposure factors and operates/adjusts CT equipment as needed
• May work independently or as part of an imaging team

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• AHA BLS certification required in hand
• Ohio state license required - license required if applicable, and candidates must be willing to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in CT preferred
• Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• Negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually

• Facility is 100% tobacco and smoke-free with no on-site use permitted
• All travelers other than nurses and CSTs must be nicotine-free to work at this facility
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
• Previous permanent or per diem employees cannot return to this facility for 1 year from their last end date
