Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a weekend-focused 12-hour day shift contract requiring active licensure and at least 12 months of recent MRI experience.
Details
- >Hospital-based MRI unit
- 12-hour day shifts from 0800-2030 on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- 36 standard hours per week
- Weekend rotation required every weekend
- Participates in departmental on-call rotation (currently 6-8 person rotation)
- One holiday coverage requirement during the contract
- No floating requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active license required (if applicable)
- Minimum 12 months of core MRI experience, with most recent experience within the last year
- Epic EMR experience required
- Middle name or initial, date of birth, and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
- At least one professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
Additional Information
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no radius restrictions
- Former employees of the health system or its subsidiaries must be separated for at least 12 months before becoming eligible for travel assignments
- Some units accept first-time travelers; confirm eligibility for this specific position
