Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Intermediate Care Unit position requiring an active NV RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.
Details
- Work in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule
- 13-week assignment length
- EPIC EMR charting used, with training provided during orientation or option to test out
- No blocked scheduling permitted
Requirements
- Active NV RN license required
- Current AHA certifications required
- CPI certification required for Behavioral/Psych patients
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty required
- First-time license holders may apply and must obtain licensure promptly upon offer
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
- 13-week break required for returning travelers after completing a prior contract or series of extensions totaling up to 1 year
- Requested RTO must be submitted with the application, as additional time will not be added to the contract end date to accommodate it
- Minimum of 2 major holidays coverage required
