Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

- 3x12 nights
- 36 guaranteed hours per week

Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Nevada
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Intermediate Care experience within the last year
- 2 years of Intermediate Care experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Experience with vasopressors
- Experience with titratable drips
- Experience with arterial lines
- Experience with procedural sedation
- Experience with thrombolytics
- Experience with tracheostomy management
- Ability to read and interpret ECG rhythm strips and telemetry
Preferred Experience
- Medical/Neuro ICU experience
Additional Details
- May be required to float within competency level
- May be required to work major holidays
- Must be available for 2 of the 3 major holidays
- One additional shift is required during each 4-week schedule period
- Schedule may include weekends and holidays
- Low-census call-off may occur with 48 hours' notice per 13-week contract
