Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist certified in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography with at least 3 years of experience for a rural hospital setting.
Details
- Hospital-based imaging role covering General, Vascular, and Echocardiography ultrasound studies
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating day and night shifts
- Includes weekend and holiday coverage
- Requires on-call availability
- Must be available to work at both facility locations
- Shift schedule requires flexibility
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT(CT) certification required
- ARDMS registration required in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography
- Active state license required if applicable
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call
Additional Information
- Perform General, Vascular, and Echocardiography ultrasound studies within a rural hospital environment
- Facility conducts 12 hours of non-billable orientation covering HR onboarding, safety, risk and quality management, IT setup, and EMR training
- Candidates must be fully competent across all three ultrasound modalities due to the rural hospital setting
