Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active SD or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Case Management unit of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
- 13-week assignment length
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (South Dakota or Compact) currently in hand
- Prior experience in case management preferred
- No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed
Additional Information
- Coordinate patient care plans and support discharge planning and utilization review processes
- Work collaboratively with the hospital's clinical care team
