Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit position requiring MD or compact RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years' neuro med-surg experience.

Details

  • Work in the Neurosurgery/Neurology Unit specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of intractable seizure disorders
  • Med-Surg/Telemetry patient population with a focus on neurology cases
  • Rotating shift schedule (7A/7P)
  • Orientation held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years' neuro med-surg experience required
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
