Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and 18 months of recent experience.
Details
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
- 10-hour AM shift schedule
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of recent RN experience required
- CVOR RN candidates must have at least 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years at a similar acuity setting
- CVOR RN candidates must have strong endovascular experience and proficiency (ratings of 3 or 4) in cardiac and vascular procedures
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, supporting cardiac and vascular procedures
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for consideration, as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
- First-time travelers may be considered for this role
