Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and a compact or Oklahoma RN license.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a full-service tertiary hospital
• 3x12 night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required
• EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Assess emergency patients and plan, organize, and implement individualized care in a warm, personalized environment
• May supervise ER techs, orderlies, and ancillary personnel as needed
• Required to wear black scrubs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced bill rate
• Candidates living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius
