Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting requiring ARRT certification and 1+ year of CT experience.

Details

Outpatient clinic setting with an average census of 30-40 patients per day, with each tech handling 16-20 patients
Patient population includes outpatient and urgent care cases
Uses Epic EMR and Philips CT equipment
10-hour mid shift, Friday through Monday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekend rotation is every other weekend unless serving as the dedicated weekend tech
Potential to float to the hospital if agreeable
No on-call requirements unless agreeable

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required
Current BLS and ARRT certification required
CT license required if applicable
Independent IV start skills required
Must be able to work independently as this is an independent shift

Additional Information

First-time travelers will not be considered as no training is provided for this independent shift
Approximately 2 days of precepted shifts for orientation
Front desk staff and a second CT tech provide support when schedules overlap
Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays
RTO requests require Resource Team approval
Any color scrubs are acceptable
Free parking is available
