Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med Surg/ED RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active Colorado (or compact) RN license and Spine/Ortho Post Op patient experience.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting covering Med Surg and Emergency Department
• Patient population includes med-surg, ortho, and post-op spine cases
• Patient ratio of 1 to 5
• Night shift schedule
• 13-week assignment
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Colorado (or compact) RN license required
• Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Spine/Ortho Post Op patient experience required with emphasis on Med/Surg
• COVID-19 vaccination required per state mandate

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across Med Surg and Emergency Department units
• No holiday time off requests accepted, holiday coverage required
• Candidates must live at least 65 miles from the facility, local candidates will not be considered
• Housing may involve sharing a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment
• No pets or smoking permitted in facility housing
