Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of experience and AWHONN certification on a night shift contract.
Details
- >Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- 13-week contract with standard scheduling
- Night shift hours from 19:00 to 07:30
- Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
- 36 guaranteed weekly hours
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- AWHONN certification required
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Prevention First certification required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Labor & Delivery unit
- Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility
- Local candidates may be considered depending on market
- Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
- Returning employees who previously worked in a permanent role at this health system require additional approval prior to consideration
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
