Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health setting requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

Details

Home Health care setting within the Therapy unit
13-week assignment with Days shift schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
40 guaranteed hours per week
Uses a computerized charting system for documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience required
Current BLS certification required
Active PT license required if applicable
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius are considered local
Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
