Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring an active MA RN license and 2+ years of critical care experience.

Details

  • Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
  • 12-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
  • Weekend rotation required on an every-other-weekend basis
  • Required to float between ICU and IMCU
  • Uses Epic EMR system
  • Weekly orientation schedule

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required in a similar ICU setting
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Copy of current flu vaccination required during flu season

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing services within the ICU and IMCU as needed
  • Holiday coverage required for 2 holidays if working through the winter holiday season
  • Any color scrubs permitted
  • Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
  • COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
