Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and California State Mammography Licensure for a rotating outpatient imaging assignment.
Details
- between multiple imaging center locations and may include a mobile mammography van
- Inpatient and outpatient work settings
- Performs diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, and digital mammography
- Uses Hologic 3D mammography equipment
- Epic EMR experience required
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Schedule includes every other weekend with occasional Saturday shifts once per month
- Floating required between multiple facility locations, including a mammo mobile van that travels the Bay Area
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- ARRT (M) and BLS certification required
- California State Mammography Licensure required, if applicable
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification required by the California Department of Health Services
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with diagnostic and screening mammograms and digital mammography required
Additional Information
- Rotates between multiple breast imaging centers and may float to a mobile mammography van
- Follows universal precautions and core measures
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
- Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
