Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT(CT) certification and 3+ years of acute hospital experience for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Hospital-based Diagnostic Imaging department
• 13-week contract assignment
• 10-hour varied shifts
• No call requirements
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstation experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience required, including at least 2 years in an acute hospital setting
• Current ARRT(CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by start of assignment; license required if applicable
• Must be able to scan per radiologist protocols and perform routine CT scans independently without supervision
• Experience with venipuncture preferred
• Experience with MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging preferred
• Experience with procedures such as biopsies or drainages preferred
• Experience with vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging is a plus
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exception required prior to contract start

Additional Information

• Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start for clearance appointment
• No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
• Function independently performing CT scans per radiologist protocols
