Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Infusion/Oncology position requiring active MA licensure and prior outpatient infusion experience.

Details

• Work in the MGH West Cancer Center outpatient clinical setting
• Provide medical infusion and/or oncology care to patients
• 13-week assignment with a 40-hour weekly schedule
• Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required, NO pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of oncology or medical infusion experience required
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
• EPIC charting experience with IV skills required
• ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy/immunotherapy certificate required
• OCN certification strongly preferred
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start via NURSYS and BON

Additional Information

• Deliver infusion and oncology nursing care within an outpatient cancer center
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, at a reduced rate
• Candidates without outpatient infusion or EPIC experience will not be considered
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
