Description
American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 36-hour, Mon-Thurs night shift assignment requiring 3+ years of RN experience and prior travel PACU and academic medical center experience.
Details
- Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) at an academic medical center
- 36-hour work week, Monday through Thursday nights only
- Shift hours are 19:00-07:30
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (no conditional licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel PACU experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience at an academic medical center required
- Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration
- Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
Additional Information
- Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
- Two professional references required for consideration
- RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
