American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment with call rotation, requiring current ARRT certification and state licensure.

• Diagnostic imaging department setting
• Full-time day shift schedule with call rotation
• 13-week assignment length
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Reports to the Imaging Director
• Works with pediatric and geriatric patient populations
• Overnight housing accommodations available for out-of-town employees

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of radiology technology
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current BLS certification required
• State licensure required if applicable
• Must maintain continuing education credits per ARRT requirements
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duty as needed
• Understanding of age-related developmental considerations for pediatric and geriatric patients

Additional Information

• Performs radiographic procedures under the guidance of a radiologist to assist in diagnosis of disease and injuries
• Collaborates with other departments on patient care and performance improvement activities
• Works effectively with patients and their families
• Adheres to infection control, fire and safety, disaster, and hazardous waste policies
