Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring a NM or compact RN license and AHA certifications.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Room department of a 47-bed acute care hospital
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
- Facility serves as a major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico
Requirements
- Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact) currently in hand
- AHA certifications required at time of consideration
- Must complete fingerprinting and background check per New Mexico DOH requirements prior to hire
- May begin work on a 14-day waiver while background check is processing, under supervision
Additional Information
- Provide emergency department nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Weekly orientation held on Mondays
- Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate
- Local candidates within 60 miles will be considered at the local rate
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
