Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a GA or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Acute Medicine Unit setting
- 12-hour night shift schedule, approximately 6:45pm-7:15am
- 3 shifts per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med/Surg specialty required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Current NIHSS certification required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care within a Med/Surg Acute Medicine Unit
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff must have a 2-year break in service before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer as it cannot be requested after
