Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Nights position in an Acute GI Medicine Unit, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent specialty experience.
Details
- Work in the Acute GI Medicine Unit of a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
