Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of recent OR and Fluoro experience for a diagnostic radiology position.
Details
- Diagnostic Radiology department (721F) providing both inpatient and outpatient exams
- 24-hour department averaging 150 exams per 24-hour period
- Procedures include C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology
- ARRT (RT) certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Must have OR and Fluoroscopy experience
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Returning perm staff seeking travel assignments must have a 2-year break in service
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance
