Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position, requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and a valid state license.
Details
- Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit setting
- Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
- Weekend coverage required every other weekend
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- No call-in required
Requirements
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- CRT/RRT certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Compact or LA state license required in hand upon submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
- Must be an experienced RT, no new graduates considered
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered as long as they are experienced RTs
- Orientation held 5 days a week
- Local candidates not accepted; must live 65+ miles from the facility
- Candidates who previously worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must have been separated from the facility for 1 full year before returning as a travel employee
- Rate of time off (RTO) must be discussed during the interview process
