Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of experience and NRP certification.
Details
- Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- May float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (Wisconsin or Compact)
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- At least 1 completed travel contract required
- One supervisory reference required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Contribute clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of patient care
- Facility is a designated trauma center
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to be eligible for travel rate
- Holiday coverage required, with travelers expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
- Limited time-off requests permitted during peak holiday periods
- Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for submission
