Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care inpatient hospital setting requiring EPIC experience and current state licensure.

- Acute care inpatient hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, 4x10's, 07:00 AM-05:30 PM
- EPIC experience required
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- 2 years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor required
- EPIC experience required
Additional Information
- Completes patient evaluations and establishes individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools
- Provides therapy interventions using established treatment protocols
- Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and communicates them to appropriate parties
- Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
- Supervises assigned physical therapy assistants
- Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available
- Accepts local candidates with no radius rule; local rates match travel rates
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be automatically declined
- Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered
