Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 24+ months of MRI experience and strong Siemens equipment proficiency for a multi-campus hospital assignment.

Details

• Monday through Friday schedule with 7a-8a start and 3:30p/4:30p end times, totaling 40 hours per week
• On-call requirements include one weeknight (Sun-Thurs) and one weekend (Fri/Sat) every 10th weekend
• Weekend shifts are worked as scheduled
• May be required to float across multiple campuses
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Holiday rotation required unless the unit is closed

Requirements

• Minimum of 24 months of current MRI experience required
• Strong experience and proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment required
• GE MRI equipment experience highly preferred
• ARMRIT certificate or ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Epic or Epic Radiant experience highly preferred
• Level I trauma experience preferred, Level II trauma experience highly preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Professional reference from a supervisor, charge, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform MRI imaging procedures across a multi-campus hospital system
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed
• Winter holiday coverage requires working 2 of 3 holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
• Limited time-off requests permitted during peak holiday periods in late November and December
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months may be subject to review before submission
