Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical Ortho Neuro Nursing Unit position requiring 2+ years of experience and a KS or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Ortho Neuro Nursing Unit of a hospital campus
- Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Cerner OneChart EHR system
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active RN license (KS or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (AHA required)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (Group A updated yearly, Group B-F updated every 2 years)
- MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required
Additional Information
- Provide medical/surgical nursing care on an orthopedic and neurological unit
- Ceil blue scrubs required
- Radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
- COVID vaccination is not required
