Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient with at least 1 year of experience to treat deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients.
Details
- Outpatient setting treating deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients
- Facility options include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 trauma centers
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Iowa state license required; compact license accepted
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Current work history/resume required for consideration
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required for consideration
- One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required for consideration
Additional Information
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
- Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months will not be considered
- Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
- Limited time-off requests permitted during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday periods
