Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient with at least 1 year of experience to treat deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients.

Details

  • Outpatient setting treating deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients
  • Facility options include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 trauma centers
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience required
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • State license required if applicable
  • Iowa state license required; compact license accepted
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
  • Driver's license required for consideration
  • Current work history/resume required for consideration
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required for consideration
  • One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
  • Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months will not be considered
  • Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
  • Limited time-off requests permitted during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday periods
