Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist requiring ARRT certification in both Radiography and Computed Tomography with at least 2 years of specialty experience for a clinic-based assignment.

Details

• Position within the CT Body division of a clinic setting
• Onsite role with no teleworking option
• Patient-facing role with direct patient access
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Available shift options include 6:30a-5p with Wednesdays off, 6:30a-3p Monday-Friday, and 7a-3:30p Monday-Friday
• Must maintain flexibility to work varied hours, shift lengths, and locations, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Must be able to respond to an on-call pager as needed
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field required
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program required
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
• BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• State licensure required in the state of practice, if applicable
• 2 years of CT experience required, and/or 3 total travel assignments
• Must be organized, efficient, and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment due to low census
• Travelers may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from the initial start date, after which a 30-60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
