Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med-Surg/Telemetry/PCU night shift position requiring 3 years of MS/Tele nursing experience.
Details
- Work in a Med-Surg/Telemetry/PCU unit within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes adult medical-surgical, PCU, and cardiac/med-surg telemetry cases
- Night shift schedule: 7p-7a, 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Defined workweek runs Sunday 12:01am through Saturday 11:59pm
Requirements
- Active NH state RN license or Compact license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Strong Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
Additional Information
- Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, current status, vital signs, lab work, and diagnostic tests
- Participate in the planning and implementation of written care plans under physician direction
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas
