Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN with a NC or compact license and 2+ years of emergency department experience.

Details

Work in the Emergency Room of a hospital setting
Rotating 12-hour shifts covering days, evenings, and nights
36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
Willing to float to other departments and to the sister hospital, AdventHealth Polk
Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
Current certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale
Epic EMR experience preferred
Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination

Additional Information

Navy blue scrub color required
Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as travelers
Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 90 days to return as a traveler
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
