Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift travel assignment requiring 1+ years of experience and current CRT, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Details
- Hospital-based Respiratory Unit setting
- Variable 3x12 night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- 2 openings available
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CRT, and PALS
- License required if applicable
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation
- Experience with respiratory equipment required
- NRP certification preferred
- Advanced skills in ventilator management, bronchoscopies, hemodynamic monitoring, and end-tidal CO2 monitoring preferred
- No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
Additional Information
- Black scrub color required
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
- Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility
