Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a MICU position requiring 1 year of recent ICU experience and current NIH Stroke Certification.
Details
- Hospital-based Medical ICU (MICU) setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active RN license (LA state or compact) required
- BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or ARC, not expiring within 30 days of start
- Current NIH Stroke Certification required for ICU/MICU placement
- Minimum 1 year of recent MICU/ICU experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to medically complex ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
