Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 1+ years of experience and KY or compact RN licensure.

Requirements

• Active RN license (KY or Compact) required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CPI/HWC/MAB
• Minimum of 1+ years of RN experience required
• MediTech EMR experience helpful

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a Med/Surg unit to a diverse population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients
• Common diagnoses/treatments include COPD, post-op joint patients, and diabetic care
• Kind, caring, and compassionate demeanor preferred
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable, but attire branded from other facilities is not allowed
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
