Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Telemetry RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring active TX or compact RN license and prior Med/Surg/Tele wound care experience.
Details
- Work in the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit of a 45-bed hospital
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Night shift schedule from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM with variable scheduling
- 12-week assignment length
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required
- Uses MEDHOST EMR system
Requirements
- Active RN license (TX or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- 1+ years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required
- Wound care experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Dark navy blue scrubs required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration
- RTO blackout dates apply for December 24-25
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
