Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience for a 13-week hospital assignment.
Details
- Work in a hospital Respiratory Care department
- 12-hour day shifts with a schedule varying between 6:45a-7:15p
- 3 shifts per week
- 13-week contract length
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience within respiratory therapy specialty
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- GA RRT license required (license required if applicable)
- NBRC RRT certification required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Returning permanent staff must complete a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
