Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and a KY or compact RN license.
Requirements
- Active RN license (KY or compact) in hand at time of consideration
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- IR experience is a plus
- Meditech charting experience preferred
- Proficiency with cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, PCI, and stent placement
- Skilled in EP procedures such as pacemaker insertion and cardioversion
- Experience with vascular closure devices and sheath removal/monitoring
- Knowledge of procedural sedation administration and monitoring
- Ability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias
