Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Requirements

  • Active RN license (KY or compact) in hand at time of consideration
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
  • IR experience is a plus
  • Meditech charting experience preferred
  • Proficiency with cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, PCI, and stent placement
  • Skilled in EP procedures such as pacemaker insertion and cardioversion
  • Experience with vascular closure devices and sheath removal/monitoring
  • Knowledge of procedural sedation administration and monitoring
  • Ability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias
