Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Orthopedic/Spine unit requiring 1 year of recent acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Details

• Work on a 345-bed Orthopedic/Spine unit within a hospital setting
• Care for patients undergoing joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injury treatment
• Patient ratios of approximately 1:5, varying between units and not guaranteed
• Uses Meditech EMR
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Floating required with flexibility expected across varied units
• Access to a float pool of approximately 80 staff

Requirements

• Active RN license (CO or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Chemo/ONC certification preferred, with potential scheduling on the Oncology unit
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
