Description
American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN with at least 1 year of experience and required ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications for a varied-shift assignment.
Details
- Hospital-based Emergency Department setting
- Cares for patients with non-critical to emergent medical conditions, including emergent and urgent mental health needs
- Treats patients arriving via walk-in or emergency transport, including critical cardiac and trauma cases involving children
- Varied shift schedule with every other weekend required
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
- Current BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) required
- Current ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- OR RN license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide emergency nursing care across a broad range of acuity levels, including trauma and cardiac emergencies
- All Emergency Department staff are certified to manage critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric cases
- Facility strictly enforces all listed certification and experience requirements with no exceptions
