American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification for a 13-week travel assignment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, day shift
40 hours per week
Uses Allscripts EMR
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent experience required
Current BLS certification required
Crisis Protocol Approved certification required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

8 hours of orientation provided
Facility follows a Level 3 trauma designation
Cancellation policy allows up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
