Description
American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN for a Utilization Review role requiring 2 years of acute care experience and a FL or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Utilization Review department of a 289-bed acute care hospital
- Team consists of a mix of RNs and Social Workers, approximately 10-13 staff on day shift
- RN patient ratio of approximately 1:25
- Documentation systems used include Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week assignment length
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
- Strong multi-tasking, communication, and time management skills required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Additional Information
- Business casual dress code
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
- Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
