Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring GA or compact RN licensure and prior travel experience preferred.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
- Travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only 1 holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
